Surfers Paradise Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy Shipping Policy
Thank you for Choosing Surfers Paradise Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy as your hair and skin care supplier. Our team will endeavour to ensure that your shopping experience with us is of the highest standard, and that your orders are dispatched in a very timely and professional manner.
ALL orders placed before 3pm AEST qualify for same day dispatch*. Regarding orders placed after 3pm, we will endeavour to achieve same-day dispatch, but we are unable to guarantee same-day dispatch. Surfers Paradise Hairdressing and Beauty therapy will attach the consignment/tracking number to your order, and you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details, as soon as your order has been dispatched. Photographic evidence is recorded for EVERY dispatched order prior to it being sealed. If you place your order on a Saturday evening or Sunday, your order will be dispatched as promptly as possible the following business day. Please note, we do ship to post office boxes and parcel lockers.
* Please note that during promotional and peak times (example: sale time or in December, prior to Christmas), please allow two (2) extra business days for dispatch.
If you order a product and we are out of stock, our team will notify you. Your order will then be dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details, once your order has been dispatched. We appreciate your understanding if this issue were to arise, and we will endeavour to ensure that the restocking of your item is as prompt as possible.

Domestic Standard Shipping:
- Please enjoy FREE shipping on ALL orders.
- Delivery to metropolitan areas usually takes 3-5 business days; and
- Delivery to regional areas usually takes 5-7 business days.
Domestic Express Shipping:
- Please enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $50; or
- A fee of $6.95 is charged on all orders under $50; and
- Delivery to metropolitan areas usually takes 1-3 business days; and
- Delivery to regional areas usually takes 3-5 business days.
Express delivery services are usually the quickest manner in which to receive your order, however carriers do experience delays, which are out of our control (example: floods, road closures and union action). When placing your order, you do so with the understanding of the aforementioned, and release us from all liabilities which are the Carrier’s to bear.
Surfers Paradise Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy FREE Returns and Refunds Policy
If you have a change of heart, or you ordered the wrong product, please return the item to us in its originally purchased state within ninety (90) days and we will issue you with a store credit, exchange or refund, to the value of the price that you paid for this particular item. If the item is returned altered in any way, you will not be eligible for a store credit, exchange or refund. Please see below for the process:
- Notify us of your desire to return an item; and
- Complete and submit a ‘Return’ form, which you are able to download from below; and
- We will process your return and create a return shipping label for you to return your item with; and
- Package up your item carefully and securely. You are welcome to use the originally packaging that Surfers Paradise Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy packaged your item in (providing it is still in suitable condition), or a similarly sized box; and
- We will email you instructions on how to print your return shipping label; and
- Depending on which Carrier we choose for your return, you will be required to deliver the parcel to an Australia Post outlet (to enable you and us to track the return), or a Carrier will collect your item; and
- We will normally receive your return within seven (7) days, (sometimes longer if the return is being sent from a regional area) after which we will process your return and notify you of the outcome.
If you have an allergic reaction to a product purchased from us, please discontinue use of the product, and contact us immediately via email at Sophia@surfersparadisehair.com with your proof of purchase and photos of your reaction, if appropriate. If we agree that you have had a reaction to the product, we will gladly offer you a store credit to the value of the price that your paid for the aforementioned product. If you have used more than 20% of the product you may not be eligible for an exchange. Please keep the item in question and we will advise you on what to do with the item, once your claim has processed.
Incorrectly Sent, Broken, Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you receive your order and a product/s within the order are broken, damaged or faulty, you must notify Surfers Paradise Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy within seven (7) business days to qualify for a credit, exchange or refund. You must also provide photographic evidence of the break, damage or fault. Please note that photographic evidence is recorded for EVERY dispatched order prior to it being sealed and your claim will be processed in relation to this evidence. Surfers Paradise Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy will NOT process claims on broken, damaged or faulty products, that have been submitted after the aforementioned seven (7) day period has lapsed. Please keep the item in question and we will advise you on what to do with the item, once your claim has processed.
If you purchase an electrical item that is within its warranty period and it becomes problematic, please contact us via email at Sophia@surfersparadisehair.com, consequently we will direct you straight to the manufacturer/supplier. Please retain your proof of purchase to assist with this process.
